You do not have to be mentally ill to need counseling. Eagle Counseling can assist with a wide range of issues, such as anxiety due to a change, alcoholic parents, shyness, depression, parenting, spiritual issues, marital problems, death or divorce, fear, crisis intervention, or exiting homosexuality.

Will My Life Change?

Only if you are willing to change. Just as athletes exercise, you may be stretched and challenged by the counseling process.

Although some people are afraid to find the source of their difficulties and others will change only when there are no more alternatives, many people are eager to change. When people decide to place a call for assistance, they usually want to change and will carry through with the commitment to enjoy life more fully.

What are the Qualifications of the Counselors?

Our Master's Degree level counselors are certified by the Arizona State Counselor Certification Board.

All of our counselors are committed Christian ministers who attend and serve in their own churches. They are able to incorporate Christian counseling theories in a loving manner to minster to each client. Not every client, spouse, friend, or relative is a Christian, but we can minister to them as well.

With a full staff of professionals, the needs of each client are carefully matched to the strengths of the individual counselor.

What will I Experience in the First Sessions?

The first visits will gather information, discover your support system, determine the objective view of the issue, and assess your previous and present coping skills. Above all, we seek to increase your communication with God, the Mighty Counselor. You will also begin to learn about supporting relationships. Reading will be assigned to you in order to decrease the number of counseling sessions you need.

How Much Will This Cost?

Eagle has a sliding scale fee based upon ability to pay. If you have insurance, Eagle will bill your insurance for direct client reimbursement.

What About Confidentiality?

Our services are totally confidential.

Sensitive issues that might be too personal or intimate to share with your own minister can be handled effectively and confidentially by our staff.
